This petition filed Under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying this Court to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.207 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Melappalayam, Tirunelveli City and Quash the same. ORDER: This Crl.O.P coming on for hearing on this day under the caption "For Being mentioner"and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support there of the order of the High court, date 08.07.2015 and in the presence Counsel on either sides the Court made the Following Order:- This matter is taken up under the caption 'For Being Mentioned'.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court has passed an order dated 08.07.2015 and on the said date, it was represented that the case in Crime No.207 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Melappalayam Police Station has been transferred to All Women Police Station, Palayamkottai and recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition was dismissed and on due enquiry, it came to know that till now the case in Crime No.207 of 2015 is pending on the file of Melappalayam Police Station.

3. This Court is of the view that since the matter is posted under the caption 'For Being Mentioned', there is no scope to

consider this submission and it will not come under this purview. Hence, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in this petition. The same is closed.

4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he filed FIR along with typed set of papers. Considering the said submission, the Registry is directed to return the FIR filed along with the typed set of papers to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
