RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP (MD)No.20694/2022 dt.23/11/2022 in Crime No.187/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHIAMOORTHY M, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20694 of 2022, dated 23.11.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20694 of 2022, dated 23.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required on issuance of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.738 of 2023 summons and the first and third petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
