This writ petition has been filed as against the impugned order passed by the respondent in E2-1193-2009, dated 16.06.2010, directing the petitioner to pay necessary amount for regularization of drinking water connection.

2.Today(08.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
