ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.539 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 6 kgs of ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that there is no previous case against the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge for Principal Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m. until further orders.
