Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22874 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 147, 148, 341, 302, 506(ii) and 149 of I.P.C., in Crime No.229 of 2018, while granting anticipatory bail.
