Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MAHESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9651 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19004 of 2018, dated 22.11.2018.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Sunday of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
