PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No.466 of 2021 IN CRL OP(MD)No.15022 of 2020: To modify the condition originally imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15022/2020 dated 17.12.2020 to stay at Palani and sign before the Town Police Station both in the morning and evening and permit the petitioner to stay at Chennai at Raja Annamalaipuram and sign before the police at Raja Annamalaipuram until further orders from this Hon'ble Court.

Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD)Nos.291,292, 294 of 2021 in CRL OP(MD) Nos.15034,15033,15030 of 2020 and Mr.V.SINGAN, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD)No.466 of 2021 in CRL OP(MD)No.15022 of 2020 and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent in all these petitions, the court made the following order:- The Petitions in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.291, 292 and 294 of 2021 are filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.O.P (MD)Nos.15034, 15033 and 15030 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020. The Petition in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.466 of 2021 is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.291, 292 and 294 of 2021 have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. Further, in respect of the petition in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.466 of 2021, the learned counsel seeks modification of the condition imposed on the petitioners ie., to stay at Palani and sign before the Town Police Station both in the morning and evening and permit the petitioners to stay at Chennai at Raja Annamalaipuram and sign before the Police at Raja Annamalaipuram.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners in all the petitions shall stay at 2/3

Pudukkottai and report before the respondent Police twice a day ie., on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, the petitions are ordered.
