ORDER
When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to dismiss the petition as withdrawn. At this stage, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor made a submission that originally the petitioner herein had given a complaint against not only the private respondents herein but also against the former Minister Mr.K.T.Rajenthra Bhalaji. Later, he gave another complaint in which the name of the former Minister was not included. Thereafter, he approached the respondent police for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.662 of 2022 withdrawal of the complaint on the ground that the entire amount has been received through cheque. The learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and states that the cheque given to him by the fourth respondent herein is yet to be encashed. Since the petitioner himself wants to withdraw the writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
