To set aside the decree and judgment passed in A.S.No.52 of 2008 on the file of Sub Court, Padmanabhapuram dated 01.04.2016 confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.62 of 2006, on the file of Additional District Munsif Court, Padmanabhapuram dated 29.04.2008.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.H.THAYUMANASWAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, is satisfactory and accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 441 days is condoned, on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund on or before 17.08.2018.
