Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22842 of 2018, dated 27.12.2018.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when

required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
