This writ petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent to return the original certificates. In the writ petition, the petitioner has stated that she has submitted S.S.L.C Certificate, Plus-2 Certificate, M.A.Decree Certificate and Community Certificate at the time of joining the third respondent college.

2. When the matter had came up on 10.03.2023, the respondents had produced the documents, which according to them were submitted by the petitioner at the time of verification. These documents are as follows:- (i) Community Certificate (ii) 10th Mark Sheet (iii) UG consolidated mark sheet issued by the Madurai Kamaraj

University for B.A. Economics Course (iv) B.Ed., decree first year statement of mark issued by the Tamil Nadu Teachers Educational University (v) The statement of mark for the second year from the same University (vi) Second year arrears of statement of mark for B.Ed Course (vii) Provisional Certificate issued by the same university (viii) B.Ed Transfer Certificate.

3. It is the specific case that apart from those documents, no other document was submitted by the petitioner. To verify, if any other document had been produced at the time of admission, this Court had directed the learned counsel for the respondent to produce the copy of the application form submitted by the petitioner for her B.Ed., academic year 2016-2018. A perusal of the same would indicate that at the time of admission she has only produced M.A Mark Sheet. Therefore, considering the fact that the third respondent has returned all the original certificates and that it was only the mark sheet that was initially

submitted, no further orders are required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. If the petitioner has any proof as to the documents submitted by her, she can approach the third respondent institution for returning of the said documents. 16.03.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes cp To 1.The Registrar, Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai-7.
