For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.330 of 2013 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.C.No.277 of 2018 on the file of the Additional District & Sessions Court, Dindigul for the offences punishable under Section 399 IPC, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.277 of 2018 on the file of the Additional District & Sessions Court, Dindigul. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued . 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.
