ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused in Crime No.85 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 466, 468, 471, 473, 474, 476, 420, 120(b) and 419 of I.P.C., and hence seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused issued identity card to the physically challenged persons, who are not eligible under physically challenged category and also forged the signature of the Doctors.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are physically challenged person and the employment will be given to the physically challenged persons, after the medical board issued a certificate and the same was issued by A1, which is not in a way to help the petitioners. He further submitted that co-accused in this case was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10897 of 2015 on 17.06.2015.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that A1 to A4 created bogus disability certificate and issued to A5 to get an employment in Government. He further submitted that the petitioners have no previous case.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners have no previous case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the

petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 22/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
