ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between him and the respondents 3 and 4 and to consider the representation given by the petitioner, dated 05.01.2021.
2. Mr. R. Saravanakumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would contend that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD).No. 636 of 2021 respondent was registered in CSR.No.4 of 2021 on 02.01.2021 and it is posted for enquiry on 22.01.2021.
3. Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the complaints given by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the respondent Police is also directed to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
4. With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
