ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Additional District Munsif, Karur, to dispose of the I.A.No.1126 of 2017 1/4

in O.S.No.272/2017 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Karur, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Earlier, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.02.2024, a report was called for from the trial Court. A report is received from the trial Court stating that the present officer assumed office only recently and his predecessor has reopened this case for clarification.

3. There shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Karur, to dispose the I.A.No.1126 of 2017 in O.S.No.272 of 2017, on merits, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
