PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Se.Mu.A.No.KaPaNi. 1/103918/2025-10, dated 30.12.2025 on the file of the respondent No.2 insofar as the petitioners are concerned and the consequential impugned order in No.A2533/2025 dated 31.12.2025 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to permit the petitioners to continue their services in the 4th respondent office.
