2. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) accepts notice for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he intends to conduct "Adal Padal" Programme and other connected Programmes from 19.01.2021 to 28.01.2021 and his representation dated 20.12.2020 to the respondents seeking permission to conduct the said Programmes has not been considered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD)No.521 of 2021 till date.

4. It is pertinent to point out that conducting "Adal Padal" programme in temple is prohibited by an order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.21363 of 2014 dated 22.01.2015. However, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation with regard to "other programme" strictly in accordance with law and in accordance with the Covid-19 Pandemic situation.

5. With the above observations, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
