ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 18th respondent to give necessary police protection in the matter of enjoyment of the petitioner's property.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the petition for seeking police protection has already been closed on 15.06.2015 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
