Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13579 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19086 of 2021, dated 09.11.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13579 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19086 of 2021, dated 09.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
