Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.PRAVEENKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.6 (ii) imposed in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.18032 of 2023 dated 27.11.2023. 1/3

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a serious life threat to the petitioner and if he appear before the respondent police, the defacto complainant and his supporters will attack him for retaliation. Hence, he prayed to modify the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is having six previous cases and he is a history sheeter and the respondent police has to necessarily monitor his activities, in order to prevent him from committing another crime.
