ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the first respondent herein, under which, the College Secretaryship of Reverent Father S.Joseph Baskaran was cancelled and direct payment was ordered. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents submit that the said impugned order had lapsed even on 29.07.2012 and thereafter, in relation to the administration of the said College, subsequent orders have also been issued. In view of the above said fact, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
