This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and earlier order of this Court and this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21202 of 2018 on 05.12.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21202 of 2018 on 05.12.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
