This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to grant license to the petitioner to run a fire works unit in the subject property.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner had sold the property during the pendency of the writ petition.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. 10.10.2023 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No RR
