O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Karur, in Cr.M.P.No.636 of 2015 dated 15.06.2015. The Principal Sessions Judge, while granting bail to the petitioners, imposed condition to reside at Chengalpat and appear before Chengalpet Town Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are agriculturists and the petitioner No.14 is a Engineering College student and they do not have relatives at Chengalpet and therefore, it is very difficult to comply with the condition. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioners are ready to reside at Dindigul and report before North Police Station at Dindigul. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioners shall reside at Dindigul and report before North Police Station at Dindigul daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
