O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.236 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.236 of 2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
