O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to arrest the accused namely Mr.S.Rajkumar S/o Shanmugasundram, who is arrayed as Accused No.2 in Crime NO.719 of 2014 dated 14.06.2014 for the offences under Sections 406, 468, 420 and 506(i) IPC on the file of the respondent No.2 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioners are defacto complainant/witnesses. They are seeking to arrest the accused persons.

3.The petitioners cannot claim that as of right the accused will have to be arrested. It is for the respondent police to decide. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of four months https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If custodial interrogation is required, the second respondent is directed to take appropriate steps to arrest the accused. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
