This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court, dated 18.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8529 of 2020.

2.Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai, after concluding the investigation in Crime No.1238 of 2018, filed final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai in C.C.No.1639 of 2021. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition is closed.
