O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking modification of the conditions imposed on the petitioners by the learned Sessions Judge Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.3994 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.

3. Though this Court does not find any merit in this petition since the petitioner is said to be involved in two other cases, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ considering the difficulties expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge,

Nagercoil, in Crl.M.P.No.3994 of 2014 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.10,000/- instead of depositing Rs.20,000/-. In all other aspects, the order of the Sessions Judge shall stand unaltered.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
