This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C.,to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.A(MD)No.927/2023 dated 20.10.2023.

Prayer in Crl.A(MD) No. 927/2023:- This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14A)(2) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Ammendment Act.,2015, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Cr.MP No.1631 of 2023 dated 03.10.2023 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of SC/ST Act cases,Pudukkottai and enlarge the Appellant on bail by allowing this Criminal Appeal.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Arul Jenifer, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

" This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.16384 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD).No.927 of 2023 dated 23.11.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly from 21.10.2023. He further submitted that due to the conditions imposed on the petitioner, he is not in a position to attend his work regularly, which affects his livelihood and hence, he pleaded for relaxing the condition imposed on him by the Court below. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence, the conditions may be modified once in a month.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before 3/5

the concerned trial Court, on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
