This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai, to expedite the trial and dispose of S.T.C.No.42 of 2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the relief given by this Court, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the accused in this case has been protracting the proceedings. The private complaint was filed by the petitioner on 04.05.2024 and the case was taken on file on 28.01.2025. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for expeditious conduct of the trial in the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai.
4. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the nature of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai is directed to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.42 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
