ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order, dated 14.10.2011, under which, the petitioner was requested to pay a sum of Rs.4,67,397.60.

2. According to the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the said amount demanded in the impugned order has already been paid, when the petitioner's company had made a request for permanent dis-connection of the service and for permanent dis-mantling of the service line. Since, the amount has already been paid, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

3. The Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 13.07.2022 2/4
