Hence, this Court had directed the Registry to print the name of the appellant in the cause list and thereby the matter was ordered to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 17.10.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, even though the name of the appellant has been printed in the cause list, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
