PRAYER: This petition is preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the respondent No.3 to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 1.6.2015 preferred by the petitioner and take necessary action in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondent No.3 to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 01.06.2015 preferred by the petitioner and take necessary action in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there is no petition pending on the file of the respondent police.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned respondent police on 02.07.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the concerned respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the said complaint and complete the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.
