ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai to dispose the case in C.C.No.271 of 2023 pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul District as expeditiously as possible within stipulated time by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, the aggrieved party in C.C.No.271 of 2023, seeks to expedite the trial in the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul District, due to undue delays. The case has been filed against the in-laws of the petitioner, due to matrimonial dispute. Despite proceedings, the respondents have not cooperated, and the case has been repeatedly adjourned. Due to which, the petitioner is suffering mental agony and hardship. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition came to be filed.

3. Considering the nature of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul District, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.271 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
