This petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.92 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that C.C.No.92 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai has been ended in acquittal on 07.07.2018 and nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
