Though the petitioner has sought for larger relief, during the time of arguments the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice to direct the Superintendent of Police to monitor and supervise the investigation.
2. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner the first respondent-the Superintendent of Police is directed to monitor and supervise the investigation and the final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
