RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial magistrate No.1, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi as per the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19429 of 2021 dated 09/12/2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.THALAIMUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.19429 of 2021 dated 09.12.2021.

3. In view of the same and also considering the present pandemic situation, time granted by this Court vide order dated 09.12.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19429 of 2021 is extended further for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.529 of 2022 a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
