This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Mudukulathur to dispose of the O.S.No.101 of 2017 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Mudukulathur, within time frame manner.

ORDER : This petition is coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the the order dated 21/04/2023 in C.R.P(MD)No.162 of 2023 and the letter D.No.432, dated 08/03/2024 from the learned Subordinate Judge, Mudukulathur, this court made the following order:- This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.101 of 2017.

By the order dated 21.04.2023, this Court directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Mudukulathur, to dispose the case in O.S.No.101 of 2017, pending on his file, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judge, seeks further time to complete the trial process. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted. The learned Subordinate Judge, Mudukulathur, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
