PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 123/Ko.&E/Va.O/2010-12 dated 18.07.2012 passed by the second respondent, quash the same and consequently directing the second respondent to send separate collection route vehicle to collect milk from the petitioner Self Help Group.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent herein, in which the second respondent has stopped sourcing of milk directly from the petitioner Self Help Group.

2. On instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, the impugned order has been kept in abeyance by the second respondent.

3. In view of the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court if any adverse orders are passed against the petitioner Self Help Group in future. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
