ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner herein was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.07.2020, for the offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had committed an offence of robbery by way of snatching two sovereigns of gold chain.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence.
