The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent herein, wherein, the appeal filed by the writ petitioner under Section 70 of the Chit Funds Act, 1982, has been dismissed on the ground of delay.

2.According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the execution proceedings have also got terminated and nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

3.The said fact is recorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
