Prayer in W.P(MD)No.12512 of 2011: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondents particularly that of the first respondent's impugned order of imposing penalty of Rs.4,54,775/- in Na.Ka.No.A4/5290/2011 dated 22.09.2011 and quash the same as without jurisdiction, illegal, unlawful and against the principles of natural justice.
