Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.RAGHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22993 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 324 and 506 (ii) of IPC in Crime No.153 of 2018, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. 5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
