Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Appellate Authority (Rend Control),Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli to dispose the R.C.A.No.28 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible as the time limit fixed by this Court and allow this Civil Revision Petition.
ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 21/01/2021, and letter in D. No.1318/2021, dated 29/06/2021, received from the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli for seeking further Four Months time to dispose the case, this Court made the following order;
The matter is posted today under the caption "for extension of time".
2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 21.01.2021 has directed the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority / Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of the Appeal in R.C.ANo. 28 of 2016, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
3. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, has submitted a requisition letter dated 29.06.2021 stating that since the learned counsel for the appellant had died, notice was sent to the appellant and that the hearing could not be completed due to present pandemic situation and seeks three months further time.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the reasons assigned and also considering the present Pandemic situation, this Court is inclined to extend the time as sought for by the Trial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Court. Accordingly, three months time is granted to dispose of R.C.ANo. 28 of 2016, from the date of resumption of regular works in the Subordinate Courts.
