(MD) NO.22141 of 2018 vide its order dated 14/12/2018 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.PITCHAI MUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- `This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22141 of 2018 on 14.12.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till

date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22141 of 2018 on 14.12.2018 is relaxed.
