The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of the Executive Officer of Town Panchayat under which the Writ Petition was directed to close down the pig farm.

2.At the time of admission, there was an order of interim stay. However, the petitioner suffered an order before RDO under Section 133 of Criminal Procedure Code. This order was challenged before this Court in Criminal R.C.No.418 of 2020. This Court has passed an order on 30.11.2020, directing the writ petitioner to obtain necessary license prior to starting pig farm. 3.In view of the orders passed in Criminal R.C.No.418 of 2020, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
