Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease & Rent Control) Act, 1960, against the fair and final order dated 23.06.2003 made in R.C.A.No.40 of 2001 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli confirming the fair and final order dated 24/12/1999 made R.C.O.P.No.115 of 1996 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli.
