This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Rajapalayam to take the private complaint of the petitioner dated 2.4.2014 on file and act in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that though the defects have been complied with, the learned Judicial Magistrate has not taken up the complaint on file.

4.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, to take private complaint dated 02.04.2015 on file and thereafter proceed further and pass orders on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
