Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the recognition of the Educational Institution of the Petitioner school had been cancelled by proceedings dated 18.06.2015 and he has also produced the copy of the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.

In view of the subsequent events, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
