Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18744 of 2018 on 16.10.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that

the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18744 of 2018 on 16.10.2018 is relaxed.
